The Regional sales Head - Agri Business is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the agricultural business portfolio within a designated region. This role entails strategic planning, client relationship management, business development, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. The position demands deep knowledge of the agriculture sector, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive sustainable growth.

Experience/Skillset/Certifications Required:

- Educational Qualification- bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

- Relevant Job Experience - 12 years of experience in agribusiness, banking, or related industries, with a proven record of accomplishment in business development and team leadership.

Key Skill :

In-depth understanding of the agriculture sector, supply chains of Agri Eco-system, and financial services.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Financial and analytical expertise with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
