Regional Sales Head - Mid market acquisition - 10+ years - Delhi

Looking for a Regional Sales Head to drive client acquisition, manage mid-market lending products like Working capital, Term loans, Supplychain and lead a high-performing sales team.

Experience: 10+ years (Min. 2 years in a leadership role)

Industry: NBFC (Mid-Market, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new client acquisition for mid-market lending products.

2. Lead & mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs).

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients & partners.

4. Ensure portfolio quality, credit assessment & risk management.

5. Develop and implement regional sales strategies for business growth.

Key Requirements:

1. 10+ years of NBFC experience (Minimum 2 years in leadership).

2. Proven expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, and Term Loans.Strong skills in sales, credit evaluation, and portfolio management.

3. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

4. Deep understanding of market trends, competition & regulatory framework.
