Regional Sales Head
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the retail sales division within the assigned region.
- This role aims to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective management of the retail & project sales team and the implementation of sales strategies, responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and fostering a high-performing and motivated team that delivers quality products and services to retail customers.
STRATEGIC:
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a close watch on competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Market Share Growth: Set clear objectives for increasing market share within the region and take proactive measures to achieve them.
- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional retail & project sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats, and adapting the regional strategy accordingly.
FINANCIAL:
- Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed regional retail sales revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall financial performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the regional budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring that financial resources are optimally utilized.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management within the region, ensuring it aligns with demand and minimizes excess stock, contributing to cost efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing customer needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with retail partners, architects, and other external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and business growth.
- Lead Conversion: Implement strategies to increase the conversion rate of leads into successful sales, enhancing the region's sales performance.
- Service Quality: Ensure that the retail network consistently delivers a high standard of service, enhancing the brand's reputation.
