- Plan and manages all aspects of retail financing operations within the dealerships and maintaining relationships with sales team to drive retail finance profitability of Vehicle business.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in retail finance, automotive finance, or related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
