Job Summary:

- The Regional Manager will be responsible for the complete business operations and growth strategy within the Kerala region.

- This is a leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and establishing a strong market presence in the EdTech sector.

- The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of the Kerala market and the ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse segments, including B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in the EdTech domain, with a proven track record of success insales and business development.

- Extensive experience in managing and growing business operations in the Kerala market.

- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G sales strategies and execution.

- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong network of contacts within the Kerala education and corporate sectors.

- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Strong understanding of IT upskilling market.
