We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Regional HR Manager/AVP - Talent Acquisition to oversee talent acquisition and HR operations across Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will manage a team of four members and be responsible for handling over 150 branches spread across three different regions and 14 clusters, with a total manpower size of approximately 2000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of multiple branches across Tamil Nadu.
- Lead volume hiring for branches, ensuring timely recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with central HR teams to align staffing requirements with business objectives.
HR Operations:
- Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and separations.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of four HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and reports to assess HR performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead with a focus on volume hiring and branch recruitment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR management software.
- Ability to manage large-scale recruitment operations efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Team Management: Experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
