Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our regional sales teams. The HRBP will work closely with regional business leaders to align the people strategy with business goals, drive employee performance and engagement, and ensure HR excellence across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnering & Strategy Alignment
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional sales leaders on people-related matters.
- Understand business challenges and provide HR solutions that drive performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and talent requirements.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Drive regional talent acquisition strategy for frontline and managerial sales roles.
- Identify talent gaps and work on succession planning and career development.
- Partner with the L&D team to implement sales-specific training programs.
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance management processes (PMS) with a focus on outcomes.
- Facilitate regular feedback, appraisals, and PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).
- Align incentives and rewards with performance outcomes.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the sales population.
- Monitor attrition trends and lead retention interventions.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions.
5. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support resolution of employee grievances and conduct investigations when needed.
- Partner with COEs (Comp & Ben, ER, Talent, etc.) for process rollouts.

Qualifications:
- MBA in HR (regular)
- 814 years of HR experience
- Prior experience supporting sales or commercial teams is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
