Objective:
As a Regional Head, the objective is to provide leadership that drives our Wealth Management operations. Through collaborative leadership, innovative strategies, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and compliance, aim is to create an environment of growth, foster enduring relationships, and contribute to the broader success of our organization. You will also be responsible for Business Development, Portfolio Performance Analysis, Portfolio Modelling, Portfolio Management and Business Analytics.
Business Development
- To Develop the strategic plan for Wealth Management to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including manpower productivity and suggest/ implement improvements
- Direct product development efforts and oversee successful implementation of new products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients
- Develop distribution model which should be cost effective and helpful in growing business rapidly DSA business expansion Control on cost of acquisition
- To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Volume(nos.) , MS (%) and Turnover( Rs).
- To coordinate and ensure the collection Targets on Daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Timely FI and disbursement of finance to the customers To do appraisal/ Review of performance of team in the region.
- Target achievement Customer satisfaction level Build client relationship internal and external."
- Supervise Wealth Managers in the growth, acquisition, and retention of high net worth clients
- Ensure availability of adequate MIS and reporting tools
- Attrition control of customers
Risk management:
- Implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks within the region's wealth management operations.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of Cluster Heads and relationship managers providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to drive
cohesive regional operations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring individual and collective growth and success.
- Develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and grooming potential for succession planning of key positions.
Eligible criteria:
- Min 10+yrs of experience in wealth management company
- Team size should eb around 10-15 members currently
- Candidate should be only from Wealth Management segment
- Candidate should be form Banking or NBFC
- Candidates should be from bangalore and Hyderabad only
- Candidate should be from team handlign role
- Candidate should be other industries please ignore
