Regional Head Sales - Micro / Affordable LAP - NBFC - Bangalore.

About:

- We are looking for Regional Head who will lead Micro LAP loans division from Bangalore location.

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for Regional Head Sales - Micro LAP. The Regional Head is expected to supervise over 70 branches in the whole of Karnataka, for the Micro-LAP product.

- The role involves overseeing large team management, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales management practices to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- This role involves driving business growth and ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

- The average ticket size for Micro LAP will range from - 10-15 lakhs.

- The role reports to the Zonal Business Head - Bangalore.

Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in affordable / micro housing loans or LAP is a must (focus on Loan Against Property or secured lending products).

- Account Management and Sales experience.

- Strong Team Management and leadership skills.
