Job Title: Regional Head Bancassurance (Life Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management:
- Drive bancassurance partnerships within the assigned region with existing banking partners.
- Ensure strong relationship management with key stakeholders in the bank (Zonal Heads, Cluster Heads, Branch Managers).
Sales Leadership:
- Achieve regional sales targets for Life Insurance through bank partner branches.
- Monitor performance of the sales team and bank staff, and provide regular training, motivation, and mentoring.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of Zonal Managers / Area Managers / Bancassurance Managers.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within partner banks.
- Work with the bank partner to increase penetration of life insurance products across branches.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines set by IRDAI and internal policies.
- Drive process efficiency and MIS reporting to the leadership.
Product & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team to design region-specific campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to improve offerings.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.
Experience: 812 years in Bancassurance sales, preferably in life insurance. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role handling a region.
