Regional Head - Operations & Deployment

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all deployment & operational activities across multiple cities/circles in the region.

- Drive 100% execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) deployment targets.

- Collaborate with Circle Deployment Heads (CDHs), field teams, engineering, and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Analyze recurring issues and drive proactive, tech-enabled resolution strategies.

- Build and scale a high-performance team hiring, training, and mentoring staff across multiple functions.

- Manage vendor and partner performance to ensure SLAs and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

- Oversee customer experience outcomes by maintaining high uptime, efficient energy use, and quick turnaround of issues.

- Lead structured governance and performance reviews across the region.

- Own and deliver regional performance metrics, operational dashboards, and MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Civil) or related field.

- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Strategy, or General Management is a plus.

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure deployment, field operations, or telecom/EV/energy sector.

- At least 4+ years in a regional leadership role handling cross-functional teams and large geographical portfolios.

Core Competencies:

- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Financial and budgeting acumen for CAPEX/OPEX planning and monitoring.

- Strong customer service orientation with hands-on experience in client interactions.

- Familiarity with deployment tools, reporting systems, and ERP platforms.

- Operational uptime across region

- Turnaround time for issue resolution
