A. Job Description:

Regional Head - Leasing and Marketing is a regional role and will report into the Head of Leasing & Marketing. The incumbent will be supported by the city heads within the region.

B. Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute, a combination of Engineering and MBA credential will be a good fit.

2. Experience:

a. Minimum work experience of 15-20 years in the leasing function.

b. Be in a leadership position having closed large transactions in the recent 10 years of tenure.

c. Worked on large deals for commercial, industrial, mix-use projects.

d. Being adept in closing large transactions.

e. Having a strong presence within the IPC network.

f. Good at building relationships and leveraging connections to grow the business.

g. Adept in implementing the long-term and short-term strategy of the leasing function for the business.

h. Capable of leading a team within the designated region.

i. Possess excellent people skills.

j. Possess a pleasant disposition.

k. A go-getter with an aggressive and assertive attitude to chase large deals.

l. Should possess excellent communication skills.

3. Exposure to multi-national work environment preferred.

4. Should be looking for long term association.
