We're looking for a Region Head who can:
- Set up a sales team in assigned region to deliver on the sales KPIs
- Manage, train and motivate sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage the Jumbotail distribution networks to deliver the customer (brand) KPIs
- Set the target for the team and execute the strategic roadmap to deliver the same
- Build the market intelligence and feedback mechanism to improve performance in market
- Monitor the sales team performance, analyze sales data, and forecast for next month.
