Regional Head - Large Corporate
- Architect the strategy and tap the entire ecosystem for potential business across region and engagements with large corporates, anchors and senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for business generation and responsible for acquiring new client base focussed on large and mid corporates.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region, lead and oversee the relationship managers to achieve KRAs
- Responsible for identification, develop & originate new relationships with the entire gamut of product
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key client accounts across all levels in the organisation i.e. CXO, operations, IT, commercial and purchase for maximising business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and own the regional revenue, throughput target.
- Responsible for nurturing and deepening the relationship of the existing relationships.
- Improve productivity by monitoring daily activities, analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for the team.
- Focus on business landscape and leverage business volumes pertaining to various initiatives introduced by Government, PSUs, CPSEs and State Ministries.
