Regional Chief Financial Officer - FMCG

The Regional CFO for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy for multiple markets within a specific region. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles within the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities of the Regional CFO may include:

1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth and profitability in the region.

2. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the region.

3. Managing financial reporting and analysis for the region, including identifying and communicating key performance metrics.

4. Leading financial risk management and compliance efforts for the region.

5. Collaborating with regional and global leadership teams to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

6. Building and managing a high-performing finance team to support the region's financial objectives.

7. Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government agencies, vendors, and customers.

8. Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong track record of success in finance leadership roles within the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of regional markets and industry trends. They should have excellent strategic and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A solid understanding of financial systems and compliance regulations is also essential. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and an MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
