About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager Institutional Sales to lead business development efforts and drive regional growth across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the building materials industry, with a proven track record in institutional and project sales.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across various sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, corporates, and public institutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales Strategy:


- Lead institutional and project sales initiatives across Gujarat, MP, and CG to drive revenue and market

share.

Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, fa- ade consultants, contractors, and developers.

Key Account Management:


- Develop and manage high-value accounts across sectors like hospitality, healthcare, corporate offices,

and government/institutional clients.

Sales Target Achievement:


- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Lead Management:


- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine strategies.

- Ensure timely lead generation, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Reporting & Documentation:


- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to

senior leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align goals and enhance customer experience.


Candidate Profile:


Educational Qualification:


- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

Industry Experience:


- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales (corporate, institutional, or project sales) within the

building materials industry.

Skillset:


- Strong exposure to project-based sales and institutional selling.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level professional relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.


Other Requirements:


- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

- Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments
