About:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client retention, and account management of complex, non-inbound product offerings.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industries such as Education, Medical Devices, Telecom, Media, Enterprise Tech, or HNI Banking, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- This role requires hands-on experience in managing key institutional accounts, leading high-quality sales teams, and handling complex commercial negotiations with tact and assertiveness.
- The candidate will be responsible for expanding business through upselling, retention, and acquiring new partnerships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to company policies.
- A Tier-2 MBA or Engineering degree is essential, along with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure, drive results, and travel extensively is a must.
- As the GM of Partner Development & Growth, the selected candidate will own and strengthen key relationships with partner schools while identifying and converting potential new partnerships.
- They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, timely collections, and operational excellence.
- Leading by example, they will coach and motivate a small, high-performing team, demonstrating expertise in deal closures and issue resolution.
- Additionally, they will maintain clear visibility into sales and retention pipelines through CRM tracking and data-driven decision-making.
