Regional Business Head


- The Regional Business Head will drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and expand market presence across key institutional segments in the region.


- The role demands expertise in investment solutions, distributor engagement, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on revenue generation and strategic business expansion.

Client and Distributor Relationship Management:

- Serve as the senior point of contact for corporate clients, private banking/wealth desks, RIAs, and distributors.

- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to strengthen client engagement and maximize business opportunities.

- Deliver market insights, economic outlooks, house views, and product presentations to key clients and distribution networks.

Business Development:

- Drive growth by identifying and converting new opportunities across Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), and GIFT City offerings.

- Enhance market share and wallet share across distribution counters.

- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and distributors while reactivating dormant accounts.

- Track approved schemes within the private banking and wealth segment to drive focused sales discussions.

- Identify emerging institutional trends, including opportunities in PE/VC, IPOs, QIPs, and promoter stake sales.

- Monitor industry movements and leverage networking opportunities at industry events and conferences.

Sales Process, Compliance, and Risk Management:

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and ethical standards.

- Maintain sales hygiene, track sales MIS, and manage HERO CRM updates.

- Monitor industry best practices and keep senior management informed of evolving trends.

- Oversee transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to risk management protocols.

Investment Collaboration & Advisory:

- Work closely with investment and product teams to implement strategic investment solutions.

- Regularly review client portfolios to align with evolving market conditions and client objectives.

- Provide thought leadership to senior management on asset allocation, investment trends, and competitive opportunities.
