Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Head with 8+ years of extensive experience in leading business operations and driving growth.

Based in New Delhi, this senior leadership role will hold full accountability for the strategic development, operational excellence, and financial performance (P&L) of our business within the designated region.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of building and nurturing high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and consistently achieving ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the regional Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue generation, cost management, and overall profitability.

- Develop and manage the regional budget and financial forecasts.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement robust regional business strategies and operational plans that align with the company's overarching goals.

- Drive execution to achieve market penetration and growth targets.

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead all sales and business development activities within the region, identifying new opportunities, expanding client base, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team across various functions (e.g, sales, operations, support).

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Market Expansion & Penetration: Identify untapped market segments and opportunities for expansion.

- Devise and execute strategies to increase market share and strengthen the company's brand presence within the region.

- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with corporate functions (e.g, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR) to ensure regional needs are met and global strategies are effectively localized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA from a reputable institution is highly preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in business leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record of managing regional P&L and achieving significant business growth.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies in a competitive market.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of the New Delhi market and broader Indian regional dynamics (if applicable to your industry).

- Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
