Redcliffe Lab - Senior Manager - Content/Communications & Brand

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The We are looking for a dynamic and strategic senior professional to lead our content, communications, digital marketing, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

- Own and evolve the content strategy aligned with brand positioning, business objectives, and audience insights.

- Oversee creation of high-quality, original, and engaging content across formats: blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and website.

- Build and manage an editorial calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Communication Strategy:

- Lead corporate communication efforts - including internal communications, leadership messaging, announcements, and more.

- Develop key messaging frameworks and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across channels.

- Act as a brand custodian to maintain tone of voice and messaging integrity.

Digital Content & SEO:

- Build and execute a content-led SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

- Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams to align content with customer journeys and funnel stages.

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools; iterate based on insights and trends.

Brand & Thought Leadership:

- Shape the brand narrative and ensure a strong, consistent presence across all platforms and channels.

- Identify and craft thought leadership opportunities for the brand and senior leadership (LinkedIn articles, interviews, keynote content).

- Manage storytelling around customer success, innovation, and impact.

PR & Media Relations:

- Develop and manage the PR strategy, working with agencies or independently to secure media coverage.

- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.

- Draft press releases, pitches, and briefing documents.
