Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to drive product growth through our mobile app by leveraging deep customer insights, strategic engagement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
This role is pivotal in enhancing user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and delightful app experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Insights and Analysis:
- Conduct deep market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences specific to app usage.
- Analyze app data (downloads, usage patterns, feature adoption, churn rates) to identify trends, friction points, and growth opportunities.
- Develop user personas and behavioral segments to tailor growth strategies and product feature enhancements.
App Growth and Customer Experience Strategy:
- Design and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's vision, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral through the app.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Design teams to deliver seamless, personalized, and impactful in-app experiences.
- Develop and update user journey maps, highlighting critical moments (onboarding, activation, engagement) to optimize for conversion and retention.
Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Retention Programs:
- Create and manage in-app engagement initiatives like referral programs, gamification, loyalty rewards, and push notification strategies.
- Launch campaigns to improve feature adoption, user stickiness, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of these initiatives using A/B testing and cohort analysis.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by continuously gathering and sharing user feedback.
- Engage with users through in-app messaging, surveys, and community-building initiatives.
- Resolve user concerns proactively to maintain high ratings and positive app store reviews.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish and track KPIs tied to product growth: Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), retention rates, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and App Store ratings.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, user behavior insights, and app growth metrics.
- Leverage data-driven insights to experiment, learn, and iterate rapidly on growth initiatives.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with Product, Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Support teams to drive cross-functional projects.
- Mentor a small team (if applicable) focused on user growth and customer success.
- Stay on top of industry trends, mobile app innovations, and growth hacking best practices to drive continuous improvement.
