Requirements:
1. Education: MBA from a top-tier business school.
2. Experience: 1-4 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.
3. Recruitment Knowledge: Experience of end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing platforms.
4. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
