Recruitment Specialist


Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.


- This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, someone who can engage with senior leadership, understand evolving talent needs, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.


- The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the IT, ITES, and industrial sectors, and will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce aligned with our company's vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and craft robust recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process-from job requisition and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Leverage diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Bayt.com, job boards, referrals, social media, talent communities, and industry events) to attract and engage high-quality talent.

- Screening & Selection: Conduct detailed resume reviews, phone screens, and structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, behavioral attributes, and cultural fit.

- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Guide hiring managers throughout the selection process with structured frameworks, evaluation tools, and consultative support.

- Offer & Negotiation Management: Develop compelling compensation packages and negotiate offers in line with internal benchmarks and market competitiveness.

- Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience that sets up new hires for long-term success.

- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to drive continuous improvement.

- Employer Branding & Talent Marketing: Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the organization's visibility and appeal through both online and offline talent marketing campaigns.

- Content & Advertisement Creation: Draft engaging job advertisements with clear technical and cultural expectations to attract candidates who align beyond skillsets.

- Process Improvement & Compliance: Continuously optimize recruitment workflows, systems, and tools while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

- Talent Community Building: Maintain and nurture a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

- Policy Development: Contribute to HR policy development and the implementation of legally compliant recruitment systems.

Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and tools.

- Expertise in sourcing technical and non-technical talent using modern platforms.

- Strong interviewing, evaluation, and negotiation skills.

- Fluency in drafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment communications.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems; data-driven mindset in recruitment.
