We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist - IT to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and bring in the best technical talent. This role demands an understanding of various IT skill sets and requires excellent communication and sourcing capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for IT roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals to meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Create new sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a robust IT talent pipeline using job boards and other platforms.
- Draft job descriptions and engage candidates through social media channels.
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technical job profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective networking and relationship-building abilities.
