About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Client.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with Clients to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred :
- Experience in hiring for Sales & Marketing, Accountant, CA , CS, BDM, 2D 3 D Designers , Interior Designer/ Architect Industry, Operations, Tech Support , IT Hiring, Manufacturing Industry, Travel, Event companies, Telecom industry would be an advantage.
