3. Mandatory Experience: Stock Broking Firm Experience
4. Reports to: Head of Human Resources
5. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles-right from requisition to onboarding-across business, tech, operations, and compliance verticals.
6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver best-fit talent.
7. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small team of recruiters, setting performance KPIs and ensuring hiring SLAs are met.
8. Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and campus hiring.
9. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external recruitment partners while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality of hires, and adherence to TAT.
10. Employer Branding: Work with marketing/HR teams to build a strong employer brand in the stock broking/fintech talent market.
11. Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain recruitment dashboards, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency.
12. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with regulatory norms and internal audit requirements, especially critical in BFSI.
13. Process Optimization: Constantly improve recruitment SOPs, candidate experience, and selection quality through automation and feedback.
14. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks in stock broking and financial services.
