Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap within the D2C charter, prioritize features and improvements based on data, customer feedback, and business goals
- Customer Focus: Champion the customer by building delightful & transparent experiences for different types of users, driving sustainable growth and business impact. Deeply understand customer behaviour, needs & pain points
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and customer insights to guide product decisions. Be comfortable with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and operational teams, along with engineering counterparts to bring great products to life
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead products from conception through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. Ensure on-time delivery while building an end product of which you would be proud.
- KPIs and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience into Product management role is preferred; however, if you have demonstrated strong product thinking and execution in related fields (e.g. product marketing, strategy, product design, technical program management, etc.), we would be happy to speak
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams, understanding user pain points and translating it to product & data science requirements
- Record of creating delightful user experiences which are also impactful to the Business
- Proven experience making data-driven decisions, formulating hypotheses & running experiments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Good-to-have:
- Basic SQL familiarity with tools such as SQL, Google Analytics or similar
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and dealing with non-tech stakeholders
- A love of food (Yes, we have regular tasting sessions at the office!)
