Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the B2B sales system in India, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
- Independently resolve >90% of user issues locally (functional queries, data discrepancies) without escalation to HQ.
- Analyze user feedback, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
- Deliver monthly India Market Insights Reports covering user trends, ROI analysis, and key challenges.
- Act as a bridge between India and HQ, escalating only critical issues with proposed solutions.
Core Competencies
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership of end-to-end issue resolution.
- Ability to translate user feedback into actionable product improvement proposals.
- Cross-cultural agility to collaborate effectively across time zones with global stakeholders.
Essential / Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI).
- Strong skills in presentation and BRD/documentation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered development.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory for effective coordination with Chinese stakeholders.
