Realix Group - Head - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a candidate with a CA / CS qualification and work experience in corporate finance management with domain expertise in -

Financial Management :

1a. Oversight of Accounting and Reporting:

- Ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, managing the general ledger, and overseeing all accounting operations.

1b. Management Reporting - Daily, Weekly, monthly, annually

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Developing and managing the company's budget, creating financial forecasts, and analysing financial performance against targets.

- Budget planning, Cost centre management, strategising and forecasting for increase business profitability margins year-on-year

3a. Cash Flow Management:

- Ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and investing in strategic initiatives.

3b. Fund Management - Incomes and Expenses, Remittance - Freight, Import/Export, Logistics

4. Statutory Compliance & Regulations - Well-versed with Company laws, Business laws, Labor laws, Taxation and other Statutory compliances governed by the State laws and the RBI.

- Strategic Planning and Management

5. Auditing - Period Accounting Audits and authority to sign financial reports including balance sheet and PnL.

6. Risk Analysis - Study, Analyse industry specific market trends and trading stability that serves as inputs for decision making.

7. Mergers and Acquisitions:

- Evaluating potential M&A opportunities and managing the financial aspects of any transactions.
