Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed business plans, forecasts, and presentations.
2. Lead Generation & Networking
- Identify potential clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Build a network of contacts in the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, agents, and institutional clients.
- Participate in industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance visibility and credibility.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure successful project execution.
4. Sales & Negotiation
- Pitch services or projects to clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements.
5. Market & Financial Analysis
- Analyze real estate markets to assess demand, pricing trends, and investment potential.
- Evaluate financial metrics for potential investments or developments.
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders based on insights and analysis.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to support business objectives.
- Work with project managers and developers to ensure projects meet client expectations.
7. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all business development activities comply with local laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on progress and results.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market research, CRM tools, and financial modeling.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
- Certification in real estate or relevant software/tools (optional but advantageous).
