A real estate sales enthusiast with strong & visible commitment of hard work & long-term association, with real estate sales experience majorly into primary & Secondary sales.
Key Responsibilities :
The Primary market real estate sales SM/GM will be responsible for maintaining the healthy pipelines for sales closures and ensuring the sales numbers are met for monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
This role involves business development, calling, site visits, meetings, execution of BTL marketing activities and working closely with the reporting manager.
- Identify potential buyer, investors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sourcing of HNI data & Leads from multiple sources.
- Prepare & maintain lead data, calling data, follow up, pipelines and performance reviews on weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor's activities and pricing to stay competitive
- Meeting the Developers RM's to understand project, location and offerings.
- Participate with the team for Project launches, planning and promotional activities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, road shows and site visits.
- The Candidate will be responsible for tracking day to task & accomplishing the deadlines & targets of calling, visits, meetings & final closures.
- Strong relationships with HNI's.
- Transaction closure exposure experience.
- Gurgaon Market working candidate, Working of Golf Course Road.

- Should be active on Golf Course Road/ext. golf course road.
- Should have control over the building maintenance.
- Data acquisitions of respective buildings.
- Regular survey for availability in respective buildings.
- Should be active in Aralias/Magnolias/ Camellias complex.
- Should be well connected with the landlords.
