Role:

1. Analyse financial and operational data related to real estate projects to assess performance and identify key insights.

2. Prepare and evaluate project feasibility by estimating total development costs and projecting potential realizations.

3. Conduct occasional commercial due diligence to validate assumptions and estimate project realization potential.

4. Monitor and interpret project cash flows and sales performance to ensure financial alignment and execution efficiency.

5. Evaluate and approve project-related payment disbursements and sales registration requests in line with internal protocols.

6. Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks in project execution, financials, and reporting.

7. Review transaction documents and provide critical inputs relevant to funding proposals and investment decisions.

8. Provide actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
