R&D Lab Assistant Manager (Module Manufacturing)

Experiment Planning and Execution:

- Assist in the design and execution of experiments related to solar module manufacturing processes and materials.

- Prepare samples, set up testing equipment, and conduct experiments according to established protocols.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data, documenting results and findings.

Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.

- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and materials.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

- Assist in the development and optimization of module manufacturing processes.

- Conduct experiments to evaluate new materials, equipment, and manufacturing techniques.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze experimental data using statistical tools and software.

- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing experimental results and findings.

- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records.
