ReNew - Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Process to join our cell manufacturing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- You will work closely with the Process Manager and other team members to optimize production workflows, manage resources, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization and Improvement:

- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

- Monitor process performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address process deviations and issues.

- Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Production Support and Management:

- Assist in the daily management of production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

- Ensure accurate documentation of process parameters, production data, and quality records.

- Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide timely solutions.

Quality Control and Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and inspections.

- Monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.

- Support the investigation of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Provide guidance and support to production operators and technicians.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality.

- Assist in training and development of team members.
