
Project Manager

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to work closely with the Managing Director in overseeing the planning, monitoring, and execution of multiple projects.
The role involves managing current projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes, as well as coordinating upcoming initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for the MD and senior management.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and approvals at each project stage.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Strategic Support to MD:
- Provide analytical and operational support to the MD for decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies and project evaluations for upcoming initiatives.
- Support in negotiations, vendor management, and contract finalization.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, legal standards, and compliance requirements.
- Implement quality control measures across all deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably across multiple domains.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
