Brief Job Description:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy to support organizational goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Cash Flow, Investments & Risk Management:
- Manage the company's liquidity and capital structure.
- Assess and manage business risks and insurance requirements.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with in all aspects by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and advising management.
- Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance practices.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury teams.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
