Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to effectively drive business in both new and existing markets.
- Team Building & Recruitment: Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier sales talent.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to employees, empowering them to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Oversee effective prospecting activities and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Relationship Building: Deep understanding of customer relationship development and management.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
