Rathi - Risk Analyst - Lending Segment

Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd is hiring for the role of Risk Analyst- FI Lending Minimum experience of 3-5 years.

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

Risk Analysis and Evaluation:

- Analysis and finalization of proposal notes prepared by business team and ensuring compliance with all regulatory/internal guidelines.

- Attending Sanctioning Committees meetings and presenting Risk team views for the account.

- Presentation to Top Management about the Overall FI portfolio.

Portfolio Monitoring:

- Regularly interacting with customers in the portfolio for credit related issues and monitoring.

- Interacting with rating agencies and other Lenders for due diligence.

- Monitoring of underlying portfolio through tracking of PAR/MFIN data, quarterly financials, news articles, security perfection etc. to maintain credit hygiene.

Industry Research:

- Conduct market and industry analyses to assess external factors influencing client performance.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the FI lending and corporate credit space.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure all credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain accurate and complete credit files for all assigned clients.
