Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


- Acquire a quality base of HNI clients through personal network, referrals, database, and market intelligence.

- Maintain and grow a portfolio of own client relationships.

- Leverage knowledge of local market intelligence to identify and target potential clients.

- Promote the Focus Product of the Month to drive targeted sales.


Financial Product Sales


Sell a range of products including:

- Mutual Funds (MF)

- Insurance

- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

- Structured Products

- Understand clients financial needs and offer tailored solutions.


Business Reporting & Compliance


- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business transactions in internal CRM and reporting systems.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.


Banking & Broking


- Manage and grow Bank AUM of HNI clients.

- Leverage prior experience in banking or broking industries to deliver exceptional client servicing.


Requirements


- Proven experience in HNI client acquisition and wealth management.

- Prior background in banking and broking industries.

- Strong track record of managing Bank AUM of HNI clients.

- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products.

- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and sales skills.

- Familiarity with CRM and internal reporting systems.

- Strong understanding of local market intelligence.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
