Role Overview:
- The Relationship Manager - Wealth will serve as the final and most critical point of client interaction.
- The role requires acquiring and managing High Net Worth (HNW) client relationships, offering them customized investment solutions across asset classes, and ensuring superior service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will build deep and lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing them with expert financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Onboarding:.
- Acquire and onboard preferred clients (Affluent & Super Affluent) with an investment corpus of - 1 Cr and above.
Portfolio Management:.
- Manage and grow client AUM through a mix of Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and other wealth management offerings.
Investment Advisory:.
- Advise clients on investments across multiple asset classes based on risk profile and investment goals.
Relationship Deepening:.
- Strengthen existing client relationships by offering tailored financial solutions and cross-selling relevant products.
Market Intelligence & Research:.
- Keep abreast of financial market trends and investment products; liaise with the Centralized CFP/Research Team for customized client strategies.
Business Development:.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market mapping, referrals, and business events.
Client Engagement:.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and other client engagement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:.
- Prior experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking roles.
- Sound understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds, PMS, and Structured Products.
- Proven track record of managing HNW clients (- 1 Cr+ portfolios).
- Strong analytical and advisory skills; ability to formulate and implement investment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to manage long-term client relationships.
- Stable employment history: Minimum 3-4 years of consistent experience in previous roles.
