Market & Profile Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of NBFC sales profiles and the current market dynamics, enabling effective talent acquisition strategies.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, professional networks, references, and local hiring networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates, ensuring alignment with sales competencies and cultural fit.
Collaborative Planning: Partner closely with hiring managers for manpower planning, understanding their needs, and developing proactive recruitment strategies.
Efficiency & Reporting: Drive a fast Turnaround Time (TAT) for quality hiring and maintain accurate MIS reporting to track recruitment metrics and progress.
Talent Pipeline Management: Continuously build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across various geographies to meet future hiring demands.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all company hiring policies and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
