Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support the company's growth and capability needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions across various functions, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements and develop tailored hiring plans.
Innovative Sourcing & Pipelines:
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies including leveraging job boards, professional networks, social media, campus recruitment, referrals, and headhunting.
Candidate Experience
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
Recruitment Metrics & Analytics:
Track, analyze, and improve key recruitment KPIs such as:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Offer-to-joining ratio
Employer Branding:
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Anand Rathi Global Finance as an employer of choice through campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for financial services, NBFC, or BFSI sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, modern recruitment tools, and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to inform and improve hiring strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
