Reporting To: VP / SVP / Regional Director.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Acquire High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) & Ultra HNI clients.
- Focus on generating broking revenue through Equity, Commodity, and Currency market segments.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and retain HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors for the HNI desk.
- Provide leadership and support to the team in achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage both new and existing HNI client relationships.
- Drive revenue generation through digital and offline channels.
Portfolio & Advisory Services:
- Analyze and monitor client portfolios.
- Offer strategic investment advisory services to ensure high ROI and client satisfaction.
Cross-Selling Initiatives:
- Promote and execute cross-sell of key financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured Products, etc.
Research & Advisory Promotion:
- Disseminate in-house research and advisory inputs to clients in a timely and strategic manner.
Reporting:
- Submit periodic MIS and performance reports as required by the business.
Academic Requirements:
- Postgraduate preferred (MBA/PGDM in Finance or equivalent).
Experience:
- Total Experience: 10-12 Years.
- Relevant Experience in Capital Markets: 5-7 Years.
- Team Handling Experience: 57 Years.
Functional / Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Strong portfolio management and financial planning skills.
- Proficient in using trading platforms and portfolio tools.
Behavioral Skills:
- Leadership with a "lead from the front" (playing captain) approach.
- High focus on client service and relationship building.
- Strong team management and motivation skills.
