Rathi - Assistant Vice President - MIS/Data Analytics

- Lead Business MIS Preparation: Head the team responsible for preparing comprehensive Business Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

- Data Analysis & Insights: Take ownership of various data analysis initiatives to identify key trends, performance drivers, and crucial business improvement areas.

- Performance Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of Client, Product, and Employee performances across various parameters to provide actionable insights.

- System Development: Lead the development and implementation of robust systems to ensure smooth data analysis and reliable conclusion generation. This includes streamlining data collection, processing, and reporting mechanisms.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or business intelligence roles.

- Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Stock Broking companies are highly preferred.

- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
