- Sales Management & Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets specifically for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the LAP segment.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of LAP product developments, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new avenues for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal credit, operations, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Reporting: Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the financial services or lending sector is essential.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of LAP products and current market trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work independently to achieve targets while also contributing effectively as part of a broader team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
