Join us in shaping the future of enterprise technology in the hospitality and travel space. We are seeking a passionate Director - Enterprise Sales to scale our footprint across the APMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, has deep enterprise sales experience, and brings strong industry relationships, particularly within hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS.
As part of a high-growth team, you'll lead business development efforts, forge trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders, and contribute to our overall go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Drive enterprise sales across key APMEA markets with a focus on high-impact, long-cycle deals.
- Own and lead the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure-across the APMEA region, with a focus on enterprise customers in the hospitality, travel, or adjacent industries.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional nuances and customer segments, including market mapping and penetration plans.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Understand client needs in depth and align our solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to deliver unified client experience.
- Act as a voice of the customer, bringing back insights to influence product innovation and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to help customers anticipate future needs and position your solutions as strategic investments.
What you need to succeed:
- 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B or SaaS organisations, preferably with exposure to hospitality, travel tech, or related industries.
- At least 5 years of experience selling into or managing clients across the APAC region.
- Strong network of contacts across C-level and senior decision-making roles in APAC.
- Demonstrated success in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise customers.
- Think commercially and act decisively, using data and market insight to guide decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Excel in navigating complex enterprise deals, with a strong grasp of account strategy, relationship building, and consultative selling.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences, aligning product, marketing, and customer success around shared goals.
- Graduation / post-graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills
