We are looking for dynamic Full-time MBA graduates to join our team and drive impactful brand partnerships in the digital space.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize & execute product placements, brand partnerships, and sponsorships for major YouTube channels.

- Integrate brands seamlessly into digital content across various genres, including Food & Lifestyle, Entertainment News (Bollywood/Telly/Marathi), Kids, and Devotional content.

- Develop & execute brand integration strategies and sponsorship opportunities for original digital content.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with ad agencies and brands to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and product placements for IP shows.

- Ensure brand integrations are authentic, engaging, and resonate with target audiences.

- Analyze the effectiveness of brand integrations and provide strategic insights for optimization.

- Collaborate with brand managers, agencies, and media owners to ideate, negotiate, and implement creative media solutions.

- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.

- Set and achieve quarterly & annual revenue goals through successful brand integrations.
