Key Responsibilities:
- Write detailed user stories and provide technical specifications for custom development and system integration changes as part of bank-wide projects or change requests.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to understand business needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Act as one of the main contacts for the Core banking application vendor for incident management and change support for business services in the responsibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, data models, and detailed functional designs.
- Comfortable in analysing error logs, database tables, discuss issues with development teams and understand overall application landscape.
Requirements:.
- Experience: 4+ years.
- Strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in the fintech/banking sector or similar startup or fast-paces environment.
- Experience and a solid understanding of business and/or IT service management.
- Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
