Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving team success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring consistent progress towards goals.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Sales Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Software skills: Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft office suite.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant advanced degree
