Quikr - Chief Financial Officer

We are a fast-growing, export-driven SME in the plastic extrusion manufacturing sector, operating under a European multinational group. As we scale our operations and manufacturing capabilities, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, international compliance experience, and a strong operational mindset to drive financial performance and governance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS and Group IFRS standards

- Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Monitor key business metrics including KPIs, cost structures, and working capital

- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (GST, Income Tax, RBI, Customs/Exports)

- Manage internal, statutory, and group-level audits

- Handle treasury operations, including cash flow, FX risk management, and hedging

- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital and trade finance

- Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain to optimize margins and operational efficiency

- Evaluate CAPEX investments and provide ROI analysis

- Present financial insights to management and Group HQ

- Collaborate with Group CFO and international stakeholders on strategic initiatives

- Support monthly accounting and reporting via Cognos

- Lead group policy implementation, tax compliance, and transfer pricing adherence

- Contribute to strategic planning, ESG reporting, and IT integration with Group BI systems

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance (CMA/CPA/CFA preferred)

- Minimum 5 years in a CFO or equivalent finance leadership role

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented environment

- Experience with international reporting and working with European/global HQs

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and exposure to IFRS

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365)
